BGC Wolf Creek Lacombe will be hosting the first Family Fun Night in Lacombe on June 6.
During the event, there will be fun activities for families to take part in, including two bouncy houses, Rosco the clown, face painting, hot dogs, a DJ playing music, and the FCSS will be coming to help out with glitter tattoos.
The Family Fun Night is an annual event that in Ponoka, but this is the first year it will be in Lacombe, program manager Lily Raugust said.
"This year is also the 125th anniversary of BGC, and June 6 is the annual national awareness day for the BGC. So during the event, we will also be celebrating the incredible work of BGC clubs and the life-changing impact they have on youth."
As well, BGC summer camp is fast approaching, Raugust said.
"Registration is still open, but if families want to be part of the summer camp, they should start looking."

The Family Fun Night will start at 6 p.m., June 6, and will be taking place at the courtyard area between Father Lacombe Catholic School and Ecole Lacombe Upper Elementary School.
