Alberta Minister of International and Intergovernmental Relations Cal Dallas, City of Lacombe Mayor Steve Christie, Town of Blackfalds Mayor Melodie Stol and City of Red Deer Mayor Tara Veer cut the ribbon to declare the BOLT regional bus service officially operational at a launch event in Lacombe this past Tuesday.
