The Lacombe Police Service (LPS) and partners will be hosting a parade of gratitude for the hard work being done by medical professionals during the global COVID-19 pandemic. This will be held on Monday, April 20, 2020 at 2:00PM within the City of Lacombe.

The LPS would like to remind the public to ensure they remain in compliance of the current Public Health Orders while watching the parade of gratitude.

To maintain compliance, the LPS is requesting that people remain in their homes or vehicles and ensure social distancing measures are taken in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The LPS would like to thank the public for following these measures.

Any complaints received in relation to breaches of Public Health Orders will be referred to the Public Health Inspector with Alberta Health Services (AHS) at https://ephisahs.microsoftcrmportals.com/create-case/. If further follow up is required, AHS will direct the Lacombe Police Service (LPS) to follow up with enforcement of the Public Health Act.
