The City of Lacombe mailed out this year’s Property Assessment and it should be arriving in your mailboxes soon.
The letter, mailed out o February 15th, comes reading material that explains how property values are assessed in Lacombe.
“It is important for property owners to review their assessment noticed before the April 26, 2019 property assessment complaint deadline, as tax bull are not disputable,” Property Tax Coordinator Marc Perrault said. “If you have concerns with your assessment value, or have questions about the property assessment process, please contact the city so we can put you in touch with one of our assessors.”
