Lacombe residents set an unofficial Guinness World Record recently at the ME Global Athletic Park as 889 participants

Lacombe residents set an unofficial Guinness World Record recently at the ME Global Athletic Park as 889 participants, wearing coloured garbage bags, held a Christmas tree formation for over five minutes under the eyes of official timekeepers.

It would break the previous record of 852 set by a group in Thailand.
