The City of Lacombe and Stantec Consulting invite you to attend a public open house to learn about the proposed amendments to the College Heights Outline Plan & North Area Structure Plan.
The proposed amendments will allow for the development of single family lots on a parcel of land south of Henner’s Pond, which is currently identified for multi-family housing.
The open house is an opportunity to learn about the proposed amendments and provide feedback for this application.
