PUBLIC NOTICE
Electors of the City of Lacombe, Province of Alberta
Section 648 of the Municipal Government Act
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Lacombe Council has passed first reading on Bylaw 509 which replaces the City’s current Offsite Levy Bylaw 387. A second and third reading are required before the bylaw is passed.

How do I get Involved?
Any person or group wishing to express their views on the proposed bylaw can submit comments in the following ways:
a) Email comments to amitchell@lacombe.ca no later than 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 19th, 2023;
b) Deliver written comments to City Hall (5432 56 Avenue) no later than 11:00 a.m. on Monday, September 18th, 2023.
NOW THEREFORE NOTICE is hereby given by the Council of the City of Lacombe that, as provided for by the terms of section 648 of the Municipal Government Act, the said Council may pass the said Offsite Levy Bylaw 509. All persons interested are hereby notified and they are required to govern themselves accordingly.
