Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) Registration No. 00293454-00-00 was issued on August 9, 2011, to MHI Ventures Inc. for the construction, operation, and reclamation of a pit located in the S & NE 28-041-27-W4M.
Reclamation Certificate 00488620-00-00 has been issued by Alberta Environment and Protected Areas and EPEA Registration No. 00293454-00-00 is no longer required for the above mentioned pit.
In accordance with the EPEA and the regulations, the Director has cancelled EPEA Registration No. 00293454-00-00
