Environmental Protection and Enhancement Act (EPEA) Registration No. 00015440-02-04 was issued on January 18, 2019, to 1624984 Alberta Ltd. for the construction, operation, and reclamation of a pit located on SE ¼ of Section 04 in Township 041, Range 27, West of 4th Meridian.
Reclamation Certificate 00480038-00-00 has been issued by Alberta Environment and Protected Areas and EPEA Registration No. 00015440-02-04 is no longer required for the above-mentioned pit.
In accordance with the EPEA and the regulations, the Director has cancelled EPEA Registration No. 00015440-02-04.
