Carol was born November 23, 1941 to George and Kathleen Sutherland at Westlock, Alberta. She passed away December 28, 2020 at the Red Deer Regional Hospital.
Survived by her husband of 60 years George Damant, 2 sons Barry (Margaret), Randy (Diana) and 1 daughter Cindy Kearns. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, Brittany and Joel Kearns, Colton and Kade Damant.
Carol is survived by 2 brothers, Rick (Terry) and Myles Nelson, and one sister Coralie Nelson, two brothers in-law, Tom and Bill Damant (Lynne) and two sisters in-law Beth Hand and Roberta Sutherland, and number nieces and nephews.
Carol was predeceased by; her parents, two brothers Larry Sutherland and Brian Nelson, one sister Joan Mason, three brothers in-law, Keith Hand, Martin Peck, Dave Mason and two sisters in-law Joyce Peck and Pat Nelson.
