John James 'Jacky' Jenkins

It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of John James (JACKY) Jenkins of Lacombe, Alberta. Jacky passed away peacefully to be re-united with the love of his life Joan Parr Jenkins, at the age of 79 years.
Jacky was predeceased by his loving wife Joan of 28 years, one son Kelly, brother Richard, niece Christine, great nieces Valeen and Lucinda, great nephew Morgan Hetchler, great great nephew Isaiah and his loving parents Jack and Agatha Jenkins of Joffre.
Jacky leaves to mourn his two children, Bill (Robin) Jenkins, and children Chris and Caitlyn; and Margaret Jenkins, and children Brandon, Kristiana and Liam; three brothers, Francis (Sonny) and Pat of Yellowknife, NT and family, Ronald (Sharon) of Kamloops, B.C. and family, and William (Bill) Glenda and family; and one sister Gwen (George) Fox and family of Fort Macleod, AB.
The family would like to acknowledge Thomas Jenkins for all of the care he has given to Jacky for the past 13 years. Through thick and thin Thomas has always been there for Jacky, always visiting him and caring for his needs. We all really appreciate everything you have done for him.
Jacky will be cremated and a celebration of life will be held in Calgary on Monday, May 18, 2020, where he will be laid to rest with his loving wife. Time and venue to be announced at a later date when confirmed.
