Larry Wayne Moore passed away suddenly at home on January 4, 2024 at the age of 70 years. He was born to Les and Freda Moore on May 3, 1953 at Rimbey, Alberta. He was the youngest of eleven children.
Larry took his schooling in Sundre, Clive and Lacombe, then joined the workforce and had various jobs. He was mostly a heavy-duty mechanic and a truck driver, making long-hauls to Eastern Canada and Southern U.S.A. Larry also enjoyed cooking, but his passion was horses.
Larry is survived by his children, Tammy, Shawn, Kyla, Jayson, Melissa and Corrie; nine grandchildren, Savannah, Jadyn, Lauren, Jazdn, Ryker, Gavin, Emmerson, Tate and Addison; one brother Melvin and four sisters, June Wiancko, Vera Fricker, Ethel Hingsburger and Shirley Haakonson.
He was predeceased by his parents, Les and Freda Moore (Gillespie); an infant sister Norma; four brothers, George, Bob, Clarence and Ken; four brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law and his beloved pet and companion "Rosie".
Larry loved to cook and do woodworking, but his true passion was horses.
At Larry's request there will be no funeral.
