In Loving Memory (1937-2024) ~
It is with heavy hearts the family of Mr. Vernon Harley Michael of Spruce Grove, AB announces his passing on October 14, 2024 at the age of 87 years.
Harley will be remembered for his love of the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who also loved camping. He was his children's biggest fan. Watching them take part in sports, Scouts, CGIT and 4-H.
Harley will forever be loved by his daughter Brenda (Perry); his sons Ken (Heather) and Ed (Leona); his grandchildren: Kelsey (Brenden), Charlotte, Craig (Heather), Rachelle, Amanda, Kyle (Ashlee), and Kayla (Sean); his great-grandchildren: Jorgia, Jade, Wyatt, Kane, and Kobe.
He is also survived by his brother Donald (Ilene) as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Harley was predeceased by his wife Mary; his parents Norman & Lucille and by his brother Bud.
A Celebration of Life will be held for Harley & Mary from 11:30 - 1:30 on Saturday, October 26, 2024 at the Clive Baptist Church, 4716 - 50 Street, Clive, AB with a Graveside Service to follow at Fairview Stone Cemetery, Alix, Lacombe County, AB.
