It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Zella Louise Vig , formerly of Bentley, on Sept. 12, 2017 at the age of 91 years.
Zella was born Oct. 18, 1925 in Resource, Saskatchewan. She was the eldest daughter of the late Bill and Ruby Cunningham.
She is survived by her loving daughter Shelly (Tom) Zelinka of Blackfalds, sister Jean Hirmer of Penticton, B.C., step-daughters; Marlene (Joe) Csuhany of Edmonton and Connie (John) Howitt of Red Deer, sister-in-law Lou Anne Cunningham of Sacremento, CA.. She will also be remembered with love by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and close friends.
She now rests peacefully in the arms of her Lord, Jesus Christ.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, September 18, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at Grace Lutheran Church, Highway 12-- 5 miles west of Bentley, 1 1/2 miles south, 3/4 mile west. Condolences may be made by visiting www.wilsonsfuneralchapel.ca
