I am writing in response to the article in your March 27 paper about the Lacoka Rockets silver medal at the provincial championships.
I am the manager of the Cold Lake Jaguars and would just like to thank Coach Randy Burt for the kind words about our team in that article. I would also like to say how classy their team and staff were. We played each other twice during the tournament and the Lacoka team showed great sportsmanship in both our games.
We don’t think many teams would have come back for the picture and it just proves how classy this group of girls are. Thank you again from the Cold Lake Jaguars Team.
